Initial preparations

To begin with, it is essential to properly set up the structure of your store pages in the Ad Manager. This includes accurately adding the locations and business hours for each of your stores, an essential step since you cannot promote permanently closed stores.

Creating a set of stores

It is important to create a set of stores, which requires having the role of advertiser in the advertising account and access to specific tasks. This setup will allow you to use store set location targeting, a valuable tool to reach your target audience.

Creating the Ad

Step by step in the Ad Manager

  1. Access the Ad Manager and choose the “+ Create” option.
  2. Select “Recognition” as your target for the campaign.
  3. Complete the necessary sections, such as “Campaign Details”, and move forward.
  4. Activate Business Locations for your ad. If you have not configured the locations of your establishments, the button will be greyed out.

Audience settings

In the audience section, customize your campaign by choosing between Store Sets or Geographic Zone. This allows you to share your ads with people based on the physical location of your stores or reach a broader audience within a specific country or region.

Posting your ad

Once your ad is perfectly configured, select “Publish” to activate it.
