Today we see that there are many tactics to improve the CRO of a company. This term refers to Conversion Rate Optimization. It is a process of improving different elements present in a marketing campaign with the intention of increasing the conversion rate.

What is conversion?

Defining a strategy is essential in current times, which is why a marketing strategy is so important. In fact, not only is it enough to include a CTA (call to action or call to action), but it is necessary to go further to get customers and retain them. In this way, we define the conversion as each action carried out by the client and aligned with the marketing objectives. For example, when users register on our website or buy a certain product that we are promoting.

Although it may seem that the most important conversions are those that lead to a sale, we should not think like that. The importance of small conversions would come in here since all this adds up to having a larger database and thus offering more suitable products for our target audience.
